Jeanne Newton created Intelligen Staffing in 2016, at that given time, her husband was working in the Solar Industry as a Consultant and there was a shortage of talent in that marketplace. They created a model that could staff for that certain industry and found that there was a need in the staffing market for the minority certification and companies were looking to small business/women owned to be able to supply the demand of the talent acquisition. Our team has worked diligently to create the Intelligen Staffing Model, not just in staffing but across the board in every industry. We are excited to service our customers with a wow experience.
