Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Cook to join our team at Social House, in the Flint/Grand Blanc, MI area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking burgers, fries, and other menu items to perfection, following recipes and ensuring high-quality standards. You'll maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, work efficiently with a team, and provide excellent food for our customers. Experience in a fast-food or casual dining environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. If you love cooking and have a great work ethic, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Grill and assemble burgers and other menu items
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cooking equipment
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Passion for food and customer service
