Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our hospitality team.
This person will work at the register in our container restaurant at the NEW Social House, in the Flint/Grand Blanc, MI area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Restocking and replenishing
- Upsell products to customers to increase sales + orders
- Handle returns in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculations
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Knowledge of technical sales is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for customer interactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15/hr plus Tips
